23 October 2003:
746 days have passed since America launched its latest Crusade against Islam and its people.
A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.
Mujahideen Surgical Precision Kills 12 Coalition Soldiers
PAKTIKA (AZZAM):
In a sophisticated MUjahideen operation, a small Mujahideen unit laid an ambush for Coalition forces in Paktika which killed 12 Coalition soldiers.
A Coalition convoy consisting of 28 vehicles heading from Urgun towards Gyan was pounced upon in the Manray Kandao region.
The small Mujahideen unit fired rockets and hand grenades at the military vehicles, and when the Coalition soldiers tried to flee, the Mujahideen picked them off as sitting ducks with Ak-47 gun-fire.
Some Coalition soldiers did manage to flee with their lives intact, but the Mujahideen chased them down and killed many of them.
All in all, seven military vehicles had been destroyed, and at least 12 Coalition soldiers killed.
The actual Coalition death count is likely to be higher, but this has not been confirmed, so it is only possible to report with certainty that 12 have been killed.
Amongst the dead were Northern Alliance soldiers who screamed to each other in Farsi as they fled for their lives.
US gunships and warplanes appeared in the skies after the attack, whilst Coalition forces have laid siege to the area looking for the small Mujahideen unit.
Remote Controlled Death
PAKTIKA (AZZAM):
In another operation in Paktika, two coalition vehicles were destroyed by remotely detonated bombs killing nine Coalition soldiers.
The dead and debris of the destroyed vehicle were shifted to Bagram airbase in helicopters.
As the bombs were detonated, the vehicles were seen flying into the air and the burning flesh of the Crusaders littering the ground.
Coalition Forces Suffer More Losses
ZABUL (AZZAM):
Mujahideen forces also attacked a Coalition guard duty team in Zabul with rockets and hand grenades.
Three coalition troops were killed and five others received life threatening injuries.
Large Scale Operation For Taliban Initiated (Again)
KANDAHAR (AZZAM):
Yet another large scale operation looking for "remnants" of the "destroyed" Taliban has been initiated in southern Afghanistan.
The operation is being executed simultaneously in five districts conducted by 1700 militia troops loyal to Hamid Karzai, under the leadership of the Americans.
It is understood that no American soldiers will actually take part on the ground in this operation.
