下記投稿を元に見ました。OPERAでは対応しておらず、ＩＥでしかもセ
キュリティを緩めないと見られません。

１、先ず、ツールメニュー→インターネットオプション、セキュリティのタブで信頼済みサイトを選ぶ。

視聴後は、セキュリティを元に戻しておくのは言うまでもないです。
なお、この「a2.v9186a.c9186.g.vm.akamaistream.net」をＷｈｏｉｓで
調べた結果は下記です。これだけだとどんな会社化不明です。あまり長く
アクセスしていない方が良いでしょう。上記投稿が、どのようにしてこの
ストリーミングファイルにたどり着いたのかも不明。
