アメリカがイスラムとイスラム教徒に対する最新の十字軍戦争を開始してから628日が過ぎた。

タリバン指導者オマル師はオーディオ・テープを通じて、「5日間におよぶ綿密な議論の後で、10人のシューラは外国軍とサー・ハミッド・カルザイの手下に対するジハードを増強するよう通知された」と、宣言した。
ムッラー・オマルはタリバンに、（タリバンが既に着手している）連合軍とカルザイ軍に対する毎日の攻撃を増強するよう強く訴えた。
シューラのメンバーは以下の通り：
マウラナ・ジャラルディン・ハッカニ、アブドゥル・ラザック・アーワンド、ムッラー・バラダール、

シューラの（メンバーの）大多数は、過去において、軍司令官や州知事などを経験している人たちである。
ムハンマド・ムフタール聖戦士（タリバンのスポークスマン）は、BBCサービスへムッラー・オマルのオーディオ・テープを提供し、
ムッラー・オマルはタリバンの指導者であること、彼は無事で元気にしていること、そして、聖戦士軍の間に不和があるとの指摘は全て誤りであることを確認した。
タリバン・スポークスマンは、この再編成によってアメリカは破壊的で統制のとれた攻撃に直面することになると警告した。

●カラチでアル・カーイダ容疑者6人逮捕

アメリカFBIとパキスタン情報部の合同急襲作戦で、月曜日にカラチで6人のアル‐カーイダ容疑者が逮捕された。
逮捕者はどこか知られていない場所に運ばれた。
急襲作戦は、カラチのギズリ地域の2軒の家で同時に行われた。
情報筋は、その容疑者たちが過去45日間その家を借りていたことを明かした。
容疑者のうちの2人は、アル・カーイダの非常に重要なメンバーで、オサマ・ビン・ラディンに近いと思われる。

A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.
Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid Declares Formation of Shoora
KANDAHAR (AZZAM):
Taliban leader, Mullah Umar declared in an audio tape that a 10-man Shura has been informed (after five days of detailed discussions) to intensify the Jihad against both Foreign troops and those belonging to Sir Hamid Karzai.
Mullah Umar urged the Taliban to increase their already daily attacks on the Coalition and Karzai forces.
The members of the Shura include:
Maulana Jalaluddin Haqqani, Abdul Razzaq Akhwand, Mulla Bradar, Akhtar Muhammad Usmani, Maulana Ubaidullah, Mulla Muhammad Rasool, Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor, Saif ur-Rehman Mansoor and Mulla Daad Ullah.
The majority of the shoorah include men who had proven themselves in the past, including military commanders and provincial governors.
Muhammad Mukhtar Mujahid, spokesman for the Taliban, released Mullah Umar's audio tape to the BBC service and confirmed that Mullah Umar is safe, well, and leader of the Taliban, and that any suggestions of differences amongst the ranks of the Mujahideen were false.
The Taliban spokesman warned that with this re-organisation the US would face a new wave of devastating coordinated strikes.
BBC analyst for Afghan affairs said that there was no doubt in the authenticity of the audio tape, and that the voice is also definitely that of Mullah Umar.
Taliban Take Control Of Zabul District
ZABUL (AZZAM):
There have been eyewitness reports that the Taliban have taken control of one of the districts of Zabul.
No further details are available at present.
Five Members of Karzai Militia Killed
MEERANSHAH (AZZAM):
Mujahideen launched a rocket attack at Mashakandao checkpost in Khost on monday.
Five Karzai militia troops were killed on the spot whilst a dozen others received life threatening injuries.
The exchange of fire lasted for one hour.
After inflicting loss of lives to Afghan militia, the Mujahideen advanced forward and set the checkpost building on fire.
Two military vehicles were also destroyed in the attack.
Five Coalition Gunships arrived at the scene, and locals began firing into the skies out of fear.
Khost's governor has also dismissed 25 Afghan brigade commander Khiaal Baaz.
Six Foreigners Arrested in a FBI Raid in Karachi
KARACHI (AZZAM):
Pakistan intelligence agencies along with US FBI have arrested six al-Qaida suspects in a joint raid in Karachi on monday.
The arrested were transported to unknown locations.
The raid was carried out simultaneously on two houses in the Gizri region of Karachi.
Sources disclose that suspects were in rented houses for the past 45 days.
Two of the suspects are believed to be very important al-qaida members and close companions of Usama bin Ladin.
Reliable sources state that the suspects were arrested upon detection of frequencies of their satellite phones.
The joint Pakistani-American operation has so far been kept hidden from the Pakistani people by the non-democratically elected, but nevertheless, financially supported by the Americans, Pakistani government.
