●この投稿は出典が明記されていないので、情報としては無価値だとみなし、
無視していました。（出典元は、情報の信憑性を検証していくための
最も基本的な手がかりですから、それさえも呈示できない欠陥投稿は
情報としては、とりあえず価値がないと見なしています。）
●この投稿について、いくつかの反響があり、いずれもインテリジェンス作業
という観点から、基本的なところで気になることがありましたので、
あえて書かせていただきます。
（この「戦争」サイトは、さまざまな情報を出し合って、そこから各人が
常識や分別を働かせて“情報の裏側にある真相”を追及していくのが
醍醐味だと思っています。つまり、市民レベルでの“開かれた諜報作業”
が可能な場であろうと思うわけです。「intelligence 」という言葉は、
早い話が“理性を働かせて真相を見きわめる”という意味です。だから
これは、警察や軍事関係の“職業スパイ”だけでなく、市民がメディア
リテラシーや情報リテラシーを鍛える絶好の機会だと、私は思っています。
私もここで、勉強させていただいています。とくに「サダムの銅像」の
インチキを暴いていった昨日来のこちらのサイトのみなさんのご活躍は
本当に見事なもので、すばらしいと思いました。）
● まず「9/11 Conspiracy」という記事のソース探しですが、これは
ウェブ検索を行なうべきです。しかし、おおざっぱなキーワードを
つかうと何千何万もの検索結果が出てくるので、絞り込むべきです。
たとえばグーグルの場合は検索でつかえるキーワードが10個くらい
なので、これだ！と思うようなセンテンスを入れてやる、という
方法もあります。
今回の場合は、投稿者欄にあった「Michael Pardo michael@universalway.org」
を入れると、幸運にも一発でこの記事が見つかりました。

しかし残念ながら、上記のサイトにある論文は、いつ掲載されたのか
執筆日時が書いてありません。ウェブの場合は、昔アップされた記事の
コピーが、繰り返しどこにでも掲載されるわけですから、投稿サイトに
アップされたものが元ネタであるという保証がないかぎり、投稿日時は
記事自体のデータとしては使えません。そういうわけで、この論文も、
いつ書かれたものかは確定できませんでした。
ただし、http://www.apfn.org/apfn/WTC_summary.htm に掲示されて
いる論文は、Michael Pardo という執筆者についての説明とか、
さらに意義深いことですが、この論文の参考文献らしき（←保証はないが）
文献のリストも出ていて、「阿修羅」に投稿されたものよりも数段、
情報量が多いです。
● 英文は、今の時代、ウェブ翻訳が使えるので、とても不完全とはいえ
次善の策としてウェブ翻訳は有用だといえます。
しかし、気をつけねばならないのは、ウェブに掲示されている英文テキスト
や、メールで送られてきた文章は、往々にして、改行のためにぶつ切りに
されています。ですから、単純にそれをコピペして翻訳サイトにぶちこむと、
とんでもない訳文が出てきます。
……たとえば「Happy New Year !」という文章があるとして、
ウェブサイトやメールでは、体裁をととのえるために
Happy
New Year !
……などと書かれているわけです。これをそのままコピーして、翻訳サイトに
ぶちこめば、「幸福な 新年！」みたいな訳語が出てくるでしょう。
そういうワナにはまる、というわけです。
ですから、翻訳サイトを使う場合は、かならずテキストがぶつ切りでないことを
確認する必要があります。手っ取り早いのは、いったんエディター（文章を書く
専用アプリケーションソフト：私は「秀丸」を使っています）にコピー文章を
貼り付けて、もし改行などで分断されていたら、文章をつないで完全なものに
復元してから、翻訳サイトなどに持っていくことです。
日本語以外の欧州系言語間の翻訳なら、このサイトが使えます。

This stated policy, a shift in nuclear policy for both nations, suggests that the U.S. is backing down in fear to Israel's nuclear threat, and follows the pattern of the United States prosecuting the foreign policy of Israel.

The Iraqi war ploy continues to be prosecuted, both by President Bush and the "Team B" cabal, even though it is largely based on the violation of 2 U.N. resolutions by Iraq: resolutions regarding inspection of certain manufacturing facilities. This while Israel itself is in violation of 68 U.N. resolutions, and has been saved violation of 30 more by U.S. veto! In the Iraqi war ploy scenario, Iraqi sources have stated that upon invasion by the U.S., Iraq would attack Israel. Israeli sources have stated that if Iraq attacks Israel with weapons of mass destruction, then Israel will explode ground-burst nuclear devices on all Iraqi cities occupied/controlled by Iraqi forces. Russian sources have stated that if Israel attacks Iraq with nuclear weapons, then Russia will launch nuclear weapons on Israel. And it is obvious what will be the response of the U.S. in the matter should the situation progress to that point: all of which highlights the fact that the prosecution of this Iraqi war ploy by the U.S. as for the primary benefit of Israel, is one of the most misguided policies ever held by any government.

This control is highlighted and observed whenever President Bush and/or the U.S. government/administration support any questionable action of the Israeli government that, should any other nation in the world have done the same thing, the U.S. would have vehemently opposed such an action. Such a conflict, with nuclear weapons following chemical/biological weapons, must precipitate a global nuclear war, or, under the best case scenario(!), a limited nuclear war which would still leave the planet decimated and the human race in danger of extinction. However, at the same time, Israel has stated that it is already preparing for World War III, and the Chief of the Israeli Mossad has recently stated that the 9/11 disaster was the beginning of that World War. Thus, Israel is prepared to throw the entire world into nuclear war should it not obtain everything it wants, and this is another implicit threat that is now obvious to the international community.
