A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.

US Base Attacked in Eastern Afghanistan

KANDAHAR (AZZAM):
A US military spokeswoman said on Wednesday that a US base in Eastern Afghanistan came under rocket attack on Wednesday.
She stated that three rockets were fired around midnight at the Asadad base in the Kunar province that borders Pakistan's northwest tribal belt.
There were no casualties or damage to equipment, she added.
This follows an attack on the International Security Assistance Force headquarters compound in central Kabul, on Sunday night.
On Tuesday night, US troops were accidentally fired on by Afghan government soldiers while on patrol near Gardez, the capital of the eastern Paktia province.
The US spokeswoman, Capt.
Cramer again denied that there were any casualties.
The massive search operation by US-Afghan soldiers for Taliban and Al Qaida fighters continues in southern Afghanistan.
In an official statement, Col.
Roger King said that a large ground assault, backed by air support, was under way near the town of Spin Boldak.
The recent attack took place in the Loi Karez area close to the Afghan-Pakistan border.
He added that one member of the Afghan militia was injured in the fighting so far.
