534 days have passed since America launched its latest Crusade against Islam and its people.
A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.
Black Hawk Down in Afghanistan
KABUL (AZZAM):
It has been released by US sources in the late hours of Sunday, that a US Black Hawk helicopter crashed in Bagram, killing all six US troops on board.
According to US sources the helicopter experienced technical failure whilst on a medical aid mission.
The Pentagon later verified this report.
Coalition Forces Come Under Missile Attack, Mazar-e-Sharif
KABUL (AZZAM):
Coalition headquarters in Mazar-e-Sharif came under missile attack, launched by mujahideen.
An Afghan government spokesman said two missiles of Russian make were fired from the southern region of the city and it is believed that the attack was carried out by soldiers loyal to Gulbudin Hekmatyaar.
Coalition military sources denied any loss of life, but it has been verified that building was damaged badly.
A ferocious battle started between two local Afghan factions in the Sarpul province.
An official delegation was sent by Afghan authorities to stop the fighting.
The two factions are supporters of General Rasheed Dostam and General Atta.
During this fierce encounter five of General Dostam's men were captured.
A UN representative was accompanying the Afghan officials.
Three bodies of Afghan troops were found in Spin Boldak.
These men were arrested by mujahideen after a bloody clash in Spin Boldak on Saturday.
Due to an increase in operations by mujahideen targeting coalition forces in Spin Boldak, more Afghan troops have been deployed in Kandahar.
Hundreds of Afghan troops have left the Afghan military after this fresh blaze of mujahideen attacks.
US sources also claim to have arrested 12 members of Hizb-e-Islami in various operations in Afghanistan.
APP reports that US military have initiated a new search operation 'Valiant Strike' in the mountainous regions of Sami Ghar.
For the first time only US helicopters will be participating in this operation to locate al-qaida and taliban mujahideen.
